Which CRM systems are popular in Lithuania? Lithuanian companies most often choose Pipedrive, HubSpot, Bitrix24 and Salesforce, less often monday CRM and Zoho. The best-known local options are Hanna CRM and Teamgate, which was founded in Lithuania, while large companies often use Microsoft Dynamics or the CRM module of their ERP system. Which one should you choose? A small B2B sales team is usually best served by Pipedrive (from €14 per user per month), a marketing-led business by HubSpot, a large team on a limited budget by Bitrix24 (from €49 per month for a whole team of up to 5 people), and a team that needs a Lithuanian interface and a connection to Rivile (a popular Lithuanian accounting program) by Hanna CRM.
Off-the-shelf CRM, custom system or integrator? In Lithuania, three types of providers offer CRM solutions. CRM vendors and their partners sell licenses and help configure an off-the-shelf system. Software development agencies build custom CRMs from scratch; that takes several months and costs thousands of euros, so it only makes sense when your processes do not fit an off-the-shelf system. Integrators and automation specialists connect an off-the-shelf CRM to your website, email and accounting and automate the routine work. For most small and medium-sized companies, the best option is an off-the-shelf CRM plus integration; I cover when a custom system pays off in the section on custom CRMs.
All prices in this article are taken from the vendors' price lists and were checked on October 17, 2026 (billed annually, excluding VAT). I do not sell CRM systems and do not earn partner commissions. I integrate and automate off-the-shelf systems (for example, Pipedrive, HubSpot, enquiry and lead automation), so I see where each of them works well and where it gets in the way.
Which CRM systems are popular in Lithuania?
There are no official CRM market statistics for Lithuania, so we do not give exact market shares. Technology tracking services offer a reference point (for example, wmtips.com CRM in Lithuania), and on .lt websites they most often detect Pipedrive, Salesforce and Bitrix24 tools. This only measures tools visible on a website, so HubSpot and internal CRMs are not fully reflected.
Earlier surveys of Lithuanian companies showed a highly fragmented market: alongside international systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics), companies use local solutions, and a sizeable share have a custom-built system. In my experience, small and medium-sized businesses increasingly choose cloud CRMs: Pipedrive, HubSpot and monday.

* HubSpot's price list shows Starter “from $7” billed annually and $20 billed monthly; HubSpot often changes its promotions, so check before you buy. “–” means the information could not be verified from the vendor's sources. monday and Teamgate prices are in US dollars because that is how the vendors' pages show them; Pipedrive shows prices in euros from Lithuania (annual billing is up to 42% cheaper). For EU customers, VAT is added separately.
8 CRM systems reviewed: strengths and weak spots
Pipedrive: the clearest sales pipeline
A CRM built in Estonia and one of the most popular in the Baltics. Its strength is a visual deal pipeline that salespeople learn in a day. The Growth plan adds full Gmail/Outlook sync and automations; Premium adds lead routing and e-signatures. Weak spots: there is no Lithuanian interface, and add-ons (LeadBooster, Campaigns) are paid separately. How I automate it: Pipedrive integrations.

- 1 Stage: name, deal total and number of deals
- 2 Deal card: organization, contact, value
- 3 + Deal: a new deal
- 4 Pipeline: switch to or create another pipeline (for example, for a separate process)
HubSpot: when marketing and sales live in one place
The free CRM is fine for a start, and the Starter plan gives you email templates and sequences. Its strongest side is marketing automation and forms. The weak spot: the price jumps on the Professional plan ($90 per seat plus a mandatory $1,500 onboarding fee), so do the math in advance as your team grows. See HubSpot integrations and HubSpot vs Pipedrive.
Bitrix24: lots of features for a flat price
The price is per organization, not per user: the Standard plan is €99 per month for up to 50 people (billed annually). Besides the CRM, you get tasks, chat and invoices. The weak spot: the interface is cluttered, and I could not officially confirm Lithuanian language support. See Pipedrive vs Bitrix24 and Bitrix24 integrations.
Salesforce: the most powerful, but it needs an administrator
Starter Suite (€25 per user) is fine for a start, but the real value of Salesforce is in Pro Suite (€100) and the Sales Cloud plans (from €195). Choose it if you have 30+ salespeople, complex approval chains and someone who will look after the system.
monday CRM: clients and projects on one board
A good fit for agencies and service companies where a project starts after the sale. Basic is $12 and Standard $17 per seat per month (billed annually); automations come with the Standard plan. See monday integrations.
Zoho CRM: good value for money
Free for up to 3 users; Standard is €14 and Professional €23 per user. Worth it if you will also use other Zoho products (Books, Mail, Desk). The weak spot: the interface and settings are more confusing than Pipedrive's.
Hanna CRM: a Lithuanian CRM with a Rivile connection
A CRM built in Lithuania whose main language is Lithuanian, with support in Lithuanian as well. It has sales, project and invoicing modules and advertises integrations with email, telephony, Rivile and rekvizitai.lt (a Lithuanian company directory). A good fit when a Lithuanian interface and issuing invoices from the CRM matter to your team.
Teamgate: a sales CRM founded in Lithuania
A free Starter plan for up to 2 users; Team is $39.90 and Growth $59.90 per user. Strengths: lead scoring, forecasts, an open API. It costs more than Pipedrive Lite, but the Team plan includes more automations.
How much does a CRM cost a 10-person team per year?
A simple calculation based on October 2026 price lists (billed annually, excluding VAT, add-ons and implementation services):
| System and plan | Calculation | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Bitrix24 Standard | €99 × 12 months | €1,188 |
| monday CRM Standard | $17 × 10 × 12 | $2,040 |
| Zoho CRM Professional | €23 × 10 × 12 | €2,760 |
| Pipedrive Growth | €39 × 10 × 12 | €4,680 |
| Teamgate Team | $39.90 × 10 × 12 | $4,788 |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Professional | $90 × 10 × 12 + $1,500 | $12,300 |
| Salesforce Pro Suite | €100 × 10 × 12 | €12,000 |
The license is only part of the cost. In practice, most of the time goes into moving data out of Excel, connecting email and calendars, and linking the CRM to accounting. If you do not get this done in the first month, the team goes back to spreadsheets.
CRM integrations with Lithuanian accounting software
Lithuanian companies almost always need to connect their CRM to Rivile, Site.pro (formerly B1.lt), Directo or another accounting program. International CRMs usually have no ready-made connectors for these, so there are three ways to do it:
- A local CRM with a built-in connector, for example Hanna CRM with Rivile.
- An integration platform (n8n, Make, Zapier): a won deal in the CRM creates an invoice in the accounting system, and the payment status flows back into the CRM. The most common and cheapest route.
- A direct API integration: when there is a lot of data (thousands of products or orders a day) and you need strict control.
- 1A deal is marked "won" in the CRMPipedrive / HubSpot / Bitrix24
- 2The workflow picks up the client’s company details and the amountn8n / Make
- 3An invoice is created in the accounting systemRivile / Site.pro / Directo
- 4The payment status flows back into the CRM
These are exactly the connections I build. See Rivile integrations and invoice automation with Site.pro (B1) and Xero.
Which CRM should you choose for your situation?
| Your situation | Recommendation | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1–3 people, first CRM | HubSpot Free or Pipedrive Lite | Free or cheap, quick to set up |
| B2B sales team of 3–30 people | Pipedrive Growth | Clear pipeline, email sync, automations |
| Many leads from the website and ads | HubSpot | Forms, marketing emails and CRM in one place |
| 20–50 people, limited budget | Bitrix24 Standard | Flat price for the whole team |
| Agency or service company | monday CRM | The deal turns into a project in the same system |
| Lithuanian interface and Rivile matter | Hanna CRM | Lithuanian language, local integrations |
| 50+ salespeople, complex processes | Salesforce | Flexibility, permissions, analytics |
| Beauty salon, clinic | A specialized booking system | A general CRM is often too complex here |
Who builds custom CRM systems in Lithuania?
Custom CRMs are built by software development and web agencies. Indicative prices for such projects in Lithuania usually range from a few thousand to fifteen thousand euros or more, development typically takes several months, and annual maintenance amounts to a significant share of the initial cost.
A custom system pays off when your processes do not fit the “deal with stages” model, when you need deep integrations with production or the warehouse, or when you have so many users that licenses over 5 years would cost more than development. For most companies of up to 20–30 people, it is not the right choice.
What I do. I do not build CRMs from scratch. I take an off-the-shelf system (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Bitrix24, monday) and adapt it to your process: enquiries from the website and email automatically become deals, AI scores the lead, the invoice is created in the accounting system, and the manager gets a report on Monday. For very small teams, a lightweight n8n + Google Sheets or Airtable setup is sometimes enough. A first solution starts at €450, we agree on the scope and price before starting, and setup takes 1–2 weeks. More: enquiry and lead automation, process automation, AI agent development and pricing. If you want to discuss your situation, see the free initial consultation.
AI CRM tools in 2026: what off-the-shelf systems already offer
In 2026, AI features are built into all the major CRMs: HubSpot offers AI agents (customer service, prospecting, data) paid for with “HubSpot Credits”, Salesforce has Agentforce, monday CRM has agents for calls and lead research, Zoho has the Zia assistant, and Pipedrive has AI reports and meeting summaries. They work well in English and inside the system. When you need analysis of emails in Lithuanian or actions outside the CRM (accounting, warehouse, WhatsApp), a separate AI agent is used; see AI agents for CRM management.
5 processes worth automating right after a CRM rollout
- Capturing enquiries. Forms, emails to info@ and calls automatically become leads with their source.
- Assignment. A lead is assigned to a salesperson by region or product, and they get a notification right away.
- Reminders. If a client does not reply for 3 days, a task goes to the salesperson or an automatic reminder email goes out.
- Invoices. A won deal creates an invoice in the accounting system, and the payment flows back into the CRM.
- Weekly report. On Monday morning the manager gets a pipeline summary by email or in Slack.
