Before and after
Where the manual work goes
On the left, how these tasks are often done today; on the right, what could take them over. Not everything is worth automating, so we start with what takes the most time.
- Manual work
Preparing recurring documents and contracts by hand
DoneDocument generation
AI drafts document templates from the details provided.
- Manual work
Answering standard client questions one by one
DoneClient communication
Automatic answers to standard questions and status updates.
- Manual work
Time tracking and invoicing are not automated
DoneDeadline reminders
Automatic reminders to clients and lawyers about upcoming deadlines.
- Manual work
Sending deadline reminders to clients
DoneInvoicing
An automatic summary of hours and an invoice at the end of every month.
In practice
Example: turning a client questionnaire into a draft contract
A small law firm drafts similar contracts every week: leases, service agreements, NDAs. Each time a lawyer copies an old document and changes the party details by hand.
- 1
The client fills in a short questionnaire (Google Forms or a form on your site): parties, company codes, subject matter, terms, price, any special conditions.
- 2
Based on the contract type, your approved template in Google Docs is selected. Party details, amounts and dates are filled into fields directly, without AI, so there’s no room for “creativity” there.
- 3
AI is used only where text is needed: from the client’s free-form description of special conditions, it suggests wording from your own clause library and flags anything the library doesn’t cover.
- 4
The draft, with the passages to review highlighted, appears in the matter folder in Google Drive, and the responsible lawyer gets a notification.
- 5
The lawyer edits and approves the document. Nothing goes to the client without that approval.
Result: The lawyer starts from a nearly finished draft instead of a copy of an old contract, spending less time on details and more on substance. The risk of a previous client’s data slipping into the document drops.
What’s included
What the solution includes
- 01
Process review
I look at how you work today and we pick the places where automation or AI would save the most time.
- 02
Automated workflows
I build the automation in the systems you already use, and add AI where text needs to be read or written.
- 03
Testing and fine-tuning
I test with real situations and adjust until it works the way we agreed.
- 04
Support after launch
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free; after that, support starts at €150/month.
- 05
Documentation
You get a description of how everything works and what to do if something needs to change.
- 06
Team training
I show your team how to use the automation and keep an eye on it.
Process
How the setup works
- 1
Your message and my reply
You tell me what keeps repeating. I reply by email with where it makes sense to start and, if needed, we set up a call. The price is agreed in writing before work starts.
- 2
Build and test
I build the automation in your accounts, test it with real situations and fine-tune the details.
- 3
Launch and support
I launch it and train your team. The first working solution takes 1–2 weeks.
What about attorney-client confidentiality if AI is involved?
Documents and templates stay in your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. The AI model receives only the part needed to suggest wording, through a business API whose terms state the data isn’t used to train models; we review those terms together before starting. If your internal rules don’t allow client data to reach outside services, the AI step can work on anonymized text only, or be left out.
Can AI write legal opinions or advise clients on its own?
I don’t build that. AI makes mistakes and can confidently cite laws or case law that don’t exist, so legal analysis and advice stay with the lawyer. Automation fits the work around it: intake questionnaires, drafts from your templates, deadline reminders, timesheet summaries.
Can it track court deadlines?
Deadlines can be kept in Google Calendar or a spreadsheet, with advance reminders sent to the responsible lawyer and a backup colleague. But a person enters or confirms each deadline: calculating procedural deadlines purely from the text of court documents is too risky, so AI can at most suggest a date for review.
How much does it cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The exact price depends on how complex the process is and how many integrations it needs. Once it is clear what we are building, I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment.
Do we need to change our current systems?
No. The automation connects to the systems you already use: Gmail, Google Sheets, your CRM or others. Extra costs depend on the solution: you may need a platform subscription, AI model usage or other services. We discuss them before we start.

Let's discuss your situation
Tell me what keeps repeating in your company every day
We will work out where to start: maybe using your current tools differently is enough, maybe something is worth automating. If it is worth building, you get a plan and a fixed price.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
