What AI can take offyour plate
Now
You write every quote from scratch based on what the customer said in their email.
AI drafts it from the information in the email, and you fine-tune it and send it.
Now
To find the payment terms or termination conditions, you read through the whole contract.
AI finds the clause you need and points to where in the contract to check it.
Now
You retype order details from emails into a spreadsheet or your accounting software by hand.
The data is transferred automatically, and missing information is flagged for review.
Five areas where I help most often. Before launch, we agree which steps run automatically and which an employee approves first.
Answers while you are busy. A bot on your website, WhatsApp or Messenger answers common questions based on your prices and terms. A more complex question is passed to you along with the customer’s contact details.
The agent reads incoming invoices. From supplier PDF invoices it extracts the number, date and amounts, checks that the net amount and the VAT add up to the invoice total, and writes a row to the spreadsheet. If something does not match, the row is flagged for review.
Orders and payments in one spreadsheet. When an order comes in through your online store, it is added to the spreadsheet and an invoice is issued to the customer from the order data. When the payment confirmation arrives, the order is marked as paid.
The week’s numbers in one email. A sales summary is pulled together from several systems and sent at an agreed time, for example on Monday morning. It also includes a short AI-written summary of the most important changes.
Who it suits best
Wherever the same work repeats every day
Lots of emails, quotes for clients, long documents, spreadsheets – you do not need to know in advance where AI will help. It is enough to tell me what takes up most of your time.
Service businesses
Bookings, reminders, cancellations
The customer books online, gets a confirmation and a reminder the day before the appointment. If they cancel, the slot in the calendar becomes free again.
E-commerce
Customer questions, descriptions, translations
The bot answers "Where is my parcel?" using the order data. AI helps write product descriptions and translate them into other languages.
B2B sales
Clients, meetings, CRM
Before a meeting, AI prepares a summary of the client correspondence and CRM records. After the call it helps write up what was agreed, and the CRM reminds you of the next step.
Accounting and administration
Excel, formulas, explanations
Copilot or ChatGPT helps you write an Excel formula or a plain explanation for a client faster. The calculations are checked, and the accountant makes the decisions.
- 1. Your message and my reply (€0 · within 1 business day). You tell me where most of your time goes. I reply whether the tools you already have are enough or whether it makes sense to build something. If needed, we set up a call.
- 2. Scope and price in writing (before we start). If something is worth building, you get a short plan: what we will do, what it will cost and how much time it should save. No commitment.
- 3. A working solution (within 1–2 weeks + warranty). I build in the tools you already use, we test it with your real data, and I show your team how to use it. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs free of charge.
From your message to a working solution.
In 1–2 weeks.
Principles
No surprises. Not on the invoice, not in the system.
A fixed price in writing
Before we start, you know the amount, the timeline and what is included. If the work takes longer than I planned, that is my problem, not yours.
Everything in your accounts
I build in your Make, n8n, Google or CRM accounts. If you ever decide to work without me, everything stays with you, along with the logins and documentation.
Data in the EU, GDPR-compliant
Where possible, I choose EU servers. I ask only for the access I need, and I do not send personal data to AI models without a reason.
You talk to the person who builds it
No account managers or middlemen. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs free of charge; after that, support is available from €150/month.
Pricing
You know the amount before we start.
Three steps. The initial consultation is free, then one process, and you decide on further work once you see the result.

Integrations
Works where you already work.
No new apps for your team.
I connect the email, spreadsheets, CRM and chat channels you already use, so your team does not have to learn a new app. If a system has an API, it can most likely be connected; if not, I will tell you what the options are.
All integrationsSecurity you can check.
Built in, not bolted on.
Not certificates on the wall, but a simple way of working: where the data is stored, who has access and who is responsible if something breaks.
GDPR
I process personal data only as far as the process needs it. If required, I sign a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28).
EU servers
Where possible, I choose EU servers. If a tool transfers data outside the EU, I tell you in advance.
Your accounts and access
Everything is built in accounts opened in your name. You can revoke access at any time.
Warranty
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs free of charge. After that, support if you need it.

What is Aigentas.lt?
I am an engineer based in Vilnius. Under the Aigentas.lt name I help Lithuanian companies with 5–50 employees put AI to work: I show how to use ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude in practice, connect AI to existing systems, automate processes and build AI agents and chatbots. I work with n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI and Claude, and connect Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Slack and other systems. Automating one process starts at €450, the fixed price is agreed in writing before we start, and it goes live within 1–2 weeks. I work remotely across Lithuania or meet in person in Vilnius.
How much does process automation cost for a small business?
A first working solution starts at €450. That is a one-time fee for one automated process. Larger projects involving several systems are priced individually. On top of that come tool subscriptions (e.g. Make from €9/month, AI model usage around €5–30/month). We agree on the exact price in writing before we start.
Where is the best place to start with automation?
With one task that repeats every day and takes the most time. That could be answering the same customer questions, handling documents or weekly reports. Sometimes it is enough to make better use of the AI tools you already have; sometimes it is worth building something. We will work out which option fits you in a free call.
How long does implementation take?
I usually launch the first working solution within 1–2 weeks of agreeing on it. Larger projects are split into stages so you see the first benefits as soon as possible.
Do I need to buy expensive licenses?
Usually not. For most solutions, free or inexpensive Make, n8n or Zapier plans are enough. I choose the tools so that the monthly costs are well below the work time saved.
Will it work with the CRM and apps I use?
Yes. I integrate with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, WhatsApp and many other systems that have an API. If a system has no API, I will tell you during our call what the options are.
What happens if something stops working?
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs free of charge. After that you can choose a support plan from €150/month, during which I monitor how the processes run and fix any bugs that come up.
Is my data safe?
Solutions are built in your accounts and your tools, so the data and access stay with you. Where possible, I use EU servers and restricted access. At the end of the project I hand over all logins and documentation.
What is the difference between process automation and an AI agent?
Process automation follows clear rules: "every Monday, collect the numbers from the spreadsheet and send them to the manager". An AI agent can also work with free text: read an email or a PDF invoice, extract the data it needs and, based on agreed rules, decide where to record it. Unclear cases are passed to a person. People often start with simple automation and add an AI agent where every case is a little different.
Is automation worth it for a small company?
Often yes, because in a small company the routine work falls on the same few people. Sometimes it is enough to learn to use the AI tools you already have better, without building anything new. If I see during our call that automation will not pay off, I will tell you so.
Let's discuss your situation
Tell me what takes up most of your time
I will suggest what is worth changing first, and if nothing is worth changing, I will tell you that too.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
