AI chatbot for your website and WhatsApp

A chatbot helps when visitors keep asking the same things and your team can't always reply in time. It answers using your prices and terms, collects contact details and hands serious customers over to you.

AI chatbot for business

When does an AI chatbot pay off for a business?

An AI chatbot is a chat window on your website, WhatsApp or Messenger that uses artificial intelligence to understand a freely written question and answers based on your prices, rules and FAQ. Unlike an old-style "button" bot, it does not need the customer to pick from a menu.

A chatbot usually pays off when at least two of these are true for you:

  • every week you get dozens of similar questions about prices, lead times, delivery or opening hours;
  • some enquiries come in during the evening or at the weekend, when nobody replies;
  • contacts from your website get lost among emails and never make it into your CRM;
  • you run an online store where the most common question is "where is my parcel?".

For online stores, a chatbot works best when it is connected to your order data and checks the shipping status itself. Step by step: how to automate customer service in an online store, and for pricing details: how much an AI chatbot for a website costs.

    We gather the most common questions and answers. I can help with the copy too.
  2. Chatbot logic and scenarios

    When to answer on its own, when to ask, when to hand over to a person.
  3. Setup on your website, WhatsApp or Messenger

    We pick the channels where your customers already write.
  4. Integration with your CRM or email

    So the outcome of a conversation does not stay in the chat window.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Didn’t find your question? Write to info@aigentas.lt and I’ll reply within 1 business day.

Does the chatbot only answer pre-written questions?

No. The chatbot uses AI, so it understands questions phrased in many different ways and answers naturally. You set the topics, prices and rules, and the chatbot applies them in the conversation. It does not make up what it does not know: it passes the question on to you.

How much does an AI chatbot cost?

A first solution costs from €450 (one-off fee). A chatbot with WhatsApp, Messenger and CRM integration costs more, depending on the channels and scenarios. AI model and platform subscriptions usually come to €10–50/month. We agree on a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

How long does it take to set up?

A simple website chatbot takes 1–2 weeks. A more complex one, with WhatsApp and a CRM, takes 2–4 weeks.

How do I automate customer service in an online store?

Start with the most common questions: write down answers about delivery, returns and payment, automate order status notifications, and connect the chatbot to your Shopify or WooCommerce orders so it can answer "where is my parcel?" on its own. The chatbot can register returns and pass complaints and discount requests to a person along with a summary of the conversation.

Does the chatbot speak Lithuanian?

Yes. The chatbot replies in Lithuanian and, when needed, in other languages such as English or Russian, if that is how the visitor writes.

Will customers know they are talking to AI?

Yes. From August 2, 2026, Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires that people be told they are interacting with an AI system. That is why every chatbot I build opens the conversation with a clear notice, for example: "Hi, I'm the [company] AI assistant…", and can hand the conversation to a person at any time.

Will we be able to manage the chatbot ourselves?

Yes. I show you how to update answers, prices and rules, and leave you a written guide. Everything runs in your own accounts. If you need bigger changes later, you can get in touch.

Let's discuss your situation

Let's see if a chatbot is right for you

Tell me what your customers ask most often. I'll review it and reply by email on whether a chatbot would pay off. If it wouldn't, I'll tell you so.

  1. 1

    You tell me what matters to you

    A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.

  2. 2

    I read it and reply by email

    Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.

  3. 3

    A call, if it helps

    If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
