Rivile automation and integration with your business systems
Automate processes in Rivile (Lithuanian accounting software): invoice sync, moving e-commerce data and automatic invoicing.
From €450Up and running in 1–2 weeksIn your own Rivile account
How it works
Rivile at the centre of your systems
Rivile is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.
Use cases
What you can automate with Rivile
- 01
E-commerce → Rivile
WooCommerce or Shopify orders automatically create Rivile invoices and update stock levels.
- 02
Automatic invoicing
Recurring service invoices are generated and sent to clients automatically at the set time.
- 03
Data sync
Client and product data syncs automatically between Rivile and your CRM.
- 04
Payment tracking
Automatic reminders to clients about unpaid invoices on the schedule you set.
In practice
Online store orders are passed to Rivile as sales documents
A cosmetics shop running on WooCommerce retypes its orders into Rivile (a widely used Lithuanian accounting system) every evening. The accountant keeps finding mismatched product codes, and stock levels on the website lag behind reality.
- 1
First, together with you and your accountant, we confirm which Rivile product and version you use and which data transfer options you have: the Rivile GAMA API (a separately paid service), an online store module offered through Rivile, or file import.
- 2
When a WooCommerce order is paid, an n8n workflow collects the order lines and matches them to Rivile product cards by product code. If a code isn’t found, the order is held and flagged for review.
- 3
With API access, the workflow creates the sales document in Rivile. Without it, the workflow produces an import file that the accountant loads in one step.
- 4
Stock levels from Rivile are sent back to the online store on a schedule, so the website doesn’t sell items that are out of stock.
- 5
The accountant gets a daily summary of how many orders were passed on and which are waiting for review. I don’t use AI here; accounting data needs exact rules.
Result: Orders reach the books consistently and by the same rules, and the accountant reviews only the exceptions instead of every line.
What you need
What we need to get started
A working Rivile account
Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.
A described process
It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.
Time for a few questions
I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.
No programming knowledge
I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.
Process
How the integration works
- 1
Discussion
You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.
- 2
Plan
Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.
- 3
Build
I set up the Rivile integrations and test them with real situations.
- 4
Launch
I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.
Trademarks mentioned belong to their owners. Aigentas.lt is not an official partner of these companies unless stated otherwise.
Does Rivile have an API?
Rivile GAMA has an API, but it’s a separately paid service priced by request volume, and what it can do depends on your product and licensed modules. Confirm the exact terms with Rivile or your Rivile partner. If the API isn’t worth it, import files are often enough.
Does the integration produce i.SAF or other VMI reports?
No. i.SAF (the monthly invoice register filed with VMI, the Lithuanian tax authority) and other VMI reports are still produced by Rivile itself; the integration only passes sales data into your books. That’s why document series, VAT rates and product codes must match the rules your accountant has set.
What happens if data is passed incorrectly?
Every transfer is logged, and orders with an unknown code or a mismatched total aren’t sent to Rivile until a person checks them. For the first few weeks, I recommend your accountant compare the summary with the online store report.
How much does an integration cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.
What if the integration stops working?
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Rivile
Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
