Automate Monday.com project management: automatic item creation, status updates and sync with your CRM and email.

How it works
Monday.com at the centre of your systems
Monday.com is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.
Use cases
What you can automate with Monday.com
- 01
CRM → Monday items
A new CRM client or project automatically creates a Monday.com item with all the details.
- 02
Automatic status updates
Email or form replies automatically update the status of a Monday.com item.
- 03
Deadline reminders
Upcoming project deadlines automatically trigger emails or Slack messages to the team.
- 04
Automatic reports
A weekly project progress summary is generated automatically from Monday.com data.
In practice
A new CRM project creates a monday.com item and keeps deadlines in view
An interior design studio tracks deals in a CRM and projects on a monday.com board. After a contract is signed, the project manager retypes everything, and deadlines often get noticed only once they’re already late.
- 1
I create a monday.com API token for a user who can access only the boards that matter. The monday.com API uses GraphQL.
- 2
When a CRM deal is marked “Signed,” an n8n workflow creates a new item on the projects board with the client, budget, deadline and standard subitems for that project type.
- 3
When a client replies by email with an approval, AI checks whether it’s really an approval or a follow-up question. Only clear cases change the status; otherwise an update is posted for the project manager to review.
- 4
A few days before a deadline, the person responsible gets a reminder. Simple reminders I leave to monday.com’s built-in automations.
- 5
On Friday, a project progress summary is generated from the board for managers.
Result: Projects appear on monday.com right after signing with all their data, and deadlines get noticed before they’re missed.
What you need
What we need to get started
A working Monday.com account
Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.
A described process
It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.
Time for a few questions
I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.
No programming knowledge
I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.
Process
How the integration works
- 1
Discussion
You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.
- 2
Plan
Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.
- 3
Build
I set up the Monday.com integrations and test them with real situations.
- 4
Launch
I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.
Trademarks mentioned belong to their owners. Aigentas.lt is not an official partner of these companies unless stated otherwise.
Do we need a specific monday.com plan?
The API is available on most plans, but the monthly number of built-in automation and integration actions depends on the plan and is low on cheaper tiers. An outside workflow using the API doesn’t count against that limit, though the API has its own query complexity limits. Check your current plan and I’ll pick the right approach.
Will the workflow see all our boards?
An API token has the same rights as the user who created it. That’s why I recommend a separate technical user added only to the boards that matter, so the workflow sees nothing else.
When are monday.com’s built-in integrations enough?
If you’re connecting monday.com to a popular tool with an official integration and the logic is simple, I use that. An outside workflow is needed when your CRM has no official integration, when conditions depend on data from several systems, or when text needs AI processing.
How much does an integration cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.
What if the integration stops working?
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Where else Monday.com helps
Monday.com integration
Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Monday.com
Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
