FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Didn’t find your question? Write to info@aigentas.lt and I’ll reply within 1 business day.
Can I use the email platform I already have?
Yes. I set up the automation in your existing platform – Gmail, Outlook, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or another. No data migration needed.
How many emails does a sequence usually have?
It depends on the goal. A welcome sequence is usually 3–7 emails over the first 2–4 weeks. A follow-up sequence is 3–5 emails over 2–3 weeks. I recommend a specific number after reviewing your process.
How much does email automation cost?
The first solution costs from €450 – for example, inbox sorting with reply drafts or a simple follow-up sequence. A full system with segmentation and several sequences costs more. We agree on a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
Aren’t the AI features in Gmail or Outlook enough?
Sometimes, yes. If you have Google Workspace with Gemini or Microsoft 365 with Copilot, they can already summarize a long email thread and draft a reply – I will show you how to make use of that. A separate automation is worth building when you have a lot of emails and they repeat.
Will AI send replies to customers on its own?
Only if you want it to. Usually AI prepares a draft and you approve it with one click. For routine questions, automatic sending can be switched on.
Can we edit the emails ourselves?
Yes. The templates are set up so you can change the text on your own. Training and a written description are included in the service.
