The price is fixed. After reviewing your process, I send a written proposal: what I'll do, what it costs and when it will be running. We agree on the amount before starting, with no extra charges for overrun hours.
Process analysis, building the automation, testing, launch, training and documentation. You pay for the automation platforms (n8n, Make) and AI model subscriptions yourself, directly in your own account – usually €10–50/month.
The setup itself is a one-time fee. Support from €150/month is optional and can be cancelled at any time. Tool subscriptions run €0–50/month, depending on volume.
I make simple changes quickly. More complex changes are discussed separately. I leave documentation so you can find your way around on your own, too.
That's exactly what I recommend. We start with one process, you see the result within 1–2 weeks, and then you decide whether to expand.
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs free of charge. After that you can choose support from €150/month or get in touch only when you need something.
