Tools
Which report automation tools do I use?
In short: free tools are usually enough for a small business. n8n or Make collects data from your CRM, online store and accounting, it goes into Google Sheets or Excel, and the manager gets a summary by email or Slack and, if needed, a live Looker Studio or Power BI dashboard. Tool costs are usually €0–25/month.
- Google ecosystem: Sheets + Looker Studio (free) – when your data is in Google Workspace, Google Ads or GA4.
- Microsoft 365: Excel with Power Query, Power Automate and Power BI – when the company works in Outlook and Teams.
- Lithuanian accounting systems: data from B1.lt is pulled via its API; from other programs, via a regular CSV or Excel export.
- AI summary: the report comes with a short comment on what the numbers show and where it is worth taking a closer look.

Why it matters
Why manual reporting costs you
- 01
You see changes every week
When the summary arrives weekly, you can react to changes sooner instead of waiting for the end of the month. - 02
Fewer copy-paste errors
Numbers no longer have to be copied by hand from one system to another, so there are fewer places for mistakes to creep in. - 03
Everyone sees the same numbers
The team works with the same up-to-date information – less time spent figuring out whose numbers are right.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Didn’t find your question? Write to info@aigentas.lt and I’ll reply within 1 business day.
Which systems can you integrate with?
Google Sheets, Excel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, WooCommerce, Shopify, accounting systems and many others. If you use a niche system, just ask – it can usually be connected.
Which report automation tools do you recommend?
For a small business: Google Sheets and Looker Studio (both free), with n8n or Make collecting data from your CRM, online store and accounting. For Microsoft 365 companies: Excel with Power Query, Power Automate and Power BI. If you need ready-made marketing connectors with no technical work, Databox or Coupler.io, but they cost more. A detailed comparison with prices is in my blog article on report automation tools.
Do we need to buy expensive BI software?
Usually not. Google Looker Studio is free, Power BI Desktop is also free (sharing reports requires a Pro license), and Metabase has a free open-source version. We choose the setup based on your needs and budget.
How long does it take?
A simple report from 1–2 sources takes about a week. A more complex one with several integrations takes 2–3 weeks.
How much does report automation cost?
The first solution costs from €450. The price depends on the number of sources and the complexity. We agree on a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
What is the difference between report automation and data analytics?
Report automation is a summary that pulls itself together and arrives on a schedule (e.g. Monday at 8:00). Data analytics is a live dashboard you can open any time, with alerts when something is off. The two are often used together.
Will we be able to manage the automation ourselves?
Yes. I show you how everything works and leave a written description. You can change the recipients, schedule and metrics yourself.
