Before and after
Where the manual work goes
On the left, how these tasks are often done today; on the right, what could take them over. Not everything is worth automating, so we start with what takes the most time.
- Manual work
Every new enquiry needs manual replies and long email threads
DoneEnquiries and booking
A new enquiry automatically gets a reply with prices and a Calendly link to pick a time.
- Manual work
Sending contracts and tracking payments is not automated
DoneContract sending
After booking, the contract is sent automatically for signature and deposit payment.
- Manual work
Payment reminders are sent by hand or forgotten
DonePayment reminders
Automatic reminders about an upcoming deposit or final payment, with no manual sending.
- Manual work
Gallery delivery after a shoot is done by hand
DoneGallery delivery
The final gallery delivery email goes out automatically on the set date.
In practice
Example: contract and deposit invoice sent after a booking
A wedding and family photographer works alone. For every booking, she fills in a contract by hand, sends a deposit invoice and checks whether the money arrived, and in peak season she does it at night after shoots.
- 1
The client picks a date through Calendly or fills in a booking form on the website with the package and location.
- 2
A contract is generated from a Google Docs template with the client’s details, date, package and price from your price list. For the first few bookings, the photographer reviews it before it goes out.
- 3
The client gets the contract to sign through an e-signature service such as Dokobit (a Lithuanian e-signing platform) and a payment link for the deposit through Stripe or Paysera.
- 4
Once the contract is signed and the deposit received, the date is marked as confirmed in Google Calendar and flagged in the sheet. If either is missing after a few days, a polite reminder goes out.
- 5
A week before the shoot, the client gets practical details, and the photographer gets a list of points to cover in the final call.
Result: A booking counts as confirmed only when there’s both a signature and a deposit, and the photographer no longer tracks that by hand. This saves 5–7 hours per booking.
What’s included
What the solution includes
- 01
Process review
I look at how you work today and we pick the places where automation or AI would save the most time.
- 02
Automated workflows
I build the automation in the systems you already use, and add AI where text needs to be read or written.
- 03
Testing and fine-tuning
I test with real situations and adjust until it works the way we agreed.
- 04
Support after launch
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free; after that, support starts at €150/month.
- 05
Documentation
You get a description of how everything works and what to do if something needs to change.
- 06
Team training
I show your team how to use the automation and keep an eye on it.
Process
How the setup works
- 1
Your message and my reply
You tell me what keeps repeating. I reply by email with where it makes sense to start and, if needed, we set up a call. The price is agreed in writing before work starts.
- 2
Build and test
I build the automation in your accounts, test it with real situations and fine-tune the details.
- 3
Launch and support
I launch it and train your team. The first working solution takes 1–2 weeks.
Can AI cull or edit my photos?
That’s outside what I do. There are specialized tools for culling and retouching, such as Lightroom plugins. I handle everything around the photos: inquiries, contracts, payments and gallery delivery.
I use Pixieset or another gallery platform. Can gallery delivery be connected?
It depends on the platform. If it has an API or sends notifications, publishing a gallery can trigger the next steps. If not, you just paste the gallery link into the sheet, and the client email and review request go out from there.
Is a contract signed electronically valid?
In Lithuania, a qualified electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one; simpler methods are also used, though they carry less weight as evidence in a dispute. I recommend checking the contract wording and signature method with a lawyer; I only set up the process.
How much does it cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The exact price depends on how complex the process is and how many integrations it needs. Once it is clear what we are building, I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment.
Do we need to change our current systems?
No. The automation connects to the systems you already use: Gmail, Google Sheets, your CRM or others. Extra costs depend on the solution: you may need a platform subscription, AI model usage or other services. We discuss them before we start.

Let's discuss your situation
Tell me what keeps repeating in your company every day
We will work out where to start: maybe using your current tools differently is enough, maybe something is worth automating. If it is worth building, you get a plan and a fixed price.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
