How it works

Stripe at the centre of your systems

Stripe is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.

Use cases

What you can automate with Stripe

  1. 01

    Payment confirmed → CRM

A successful Stripe payment automatically updates the deal status in the CRM and creates onboarding tasks.

  2. 02

    Subscription management

Automatic notices before renewal, confirmations of successful payments and reminders about failed ones.

  3. 03

    Invoice sync

Stripe invoices sync automatically with your accounting system (Rivile, Labas verslas – Lithuanian accounting software).

  4. 04

    Refund handling

A refund automatically triggers a CRM update, a team notification and a message to the customer.

In practice

A successful Stripe payment updates the CRM and starts onboarding tasks

A small online course school sells subscriptions through Stripe. Every morning someone checks who paid, updates the CRM by hand and emails login details, while failed payments go unnoticed until the next month.

  1. 1

I create a webhook in your Stripe account for the “checkout.session.completed”, “invoice.paid” and “invoice.payment_failed” events. Each event is verified with Stripe’s signature, so nobody outside can fake one.

  2. 2

When a successful payment comes in, an n8n workflow finds the contact in your CRM by email, moves the deal to “Paid” and creates an onboarding checklist for the person responsible.

  3. 3

The customer gets a welcome email with login details. If the buyer left a question or note at checkout, AI summarizes it and attaches it to the CRM record, so the account manager doesn’t have to dig for it.

  4. 4

A failed payment creates a separate task and a reminder to the customer. Stripe retries the charge on its own; the workflow just makes sure your team knows right away.

  5. 5

Once a day, a summary of paid, failed and refunded amounts lands in your team channel. If the numbers don’t match Stripe’s own report, you see it immediately.

Result: Payment events no longer get lost between Stripe and the CRM. Each one turns into a specific action, and a person steps in only where a decision is needed.

What you need

What we need to get started

  • A working Stripe account

Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.

  • A described process

It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.

  • Time for a few questions

I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.

  • No programming knowledge

I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.

Process

How the integration works

  1. 1

    Discussion

You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.

  2. 2

    Plan

Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.

  3. 3

    Build

I set up the Stripe integrations and test them with real situations.

  4. 4

    Launch

I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

More about prices on the pricing page.

What access to Stripe do I need to give?

A restricted API key is enough. I enable only the permissions the workflow needs, such as reading payments and customers. I don’t ask for your main secret key or your login, and you can revoke the key in Stripe at any time.

Does a Stripe invoice work as a VAT invoice in Lithuania?

You can add your company details, VAT number and a numbering series to Stripe invoices, but whether they meet every local requirement is best confirmed with your accountant. Often it’s simpler to keep Stripe for payments and issue invoices in your accounting software; the workflow can pass the data there.

Can we test everything without real money?

Yes. Stripe has a test mode with separate keys and test cards. I run the whole flow there first and switch to live mode only after you approve the result.

How much does an integration cost?

The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.

What if the integration stops working?

For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Stripe integration

Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Stripe

Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

  1. 1

You tell me what matters to you

A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.

  2. 2

I read it and reply by email

Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.

  3. 3

    A call, if it helps

If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
