How it works

Shopify at the centre of your systems

Shopify is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.

Use cases

What you can automate with Shopify

  1. 01

    Order pipeline automation

Shopify order → automatic sync with accounting, the warehouse and the logistics system.

  2. 02

    Customer communication

Automatic confirmation, delivery, review request and repeat-purchase emails.

  3. 03

    Stock management

An automatic alert and purchase order to the supplier when stock drops below the set level.

  4. 04

    Sales reports

A daily or weekly Shopify sales summary is sent to the manager in Slack automatically.

In practice

Example: Shopify stock drops below the threshold and a supplier order is prepared

A coffee and tea store sells on Shopify, and the owner checks stock whenever he remembers to. Popular products sometimes sell out and stay unavailable for a week until the next shipment arrives.

  1. 1

Shopify sends a webhook when a product’s inventory level changes. The workflow compares it with the minimum threshold set for each product.

  2. 2

I connect to Shopify through a dedicated app in your store with only the access scopes it needs: read products, inventory and orders.

  3. 3

When a product hits its threshold, the workflow looks at how much of it sold in recent weeks and suggests an order quantity based on a rule you set.

  4. 4

A draft supplier order with products and quantities is created in the supplier’s format: email, spreadsheet or PDF. The owner gets it in Slack or by email.

  5. 5

The owner reviews the quantities, adjusts them if needed and sends the order to the supplier with one click. Nothing is sent without approval.

Result: You find out about products running low in time, and the supplier order is already prepared. The person only has to check and approve.

What you need

What we need to get started

  • A working Shopify account

Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.

  • A described process

It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.

  • Time for a few questions

I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.

  • No programming knowledge

I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.

Process

How the integration works

  1. 1

    Discussion

You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.

  2. 2

    Plan

Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.

  3. 3

    Build

I set up the Shopify integrations and test them with real situations.

  4. 4

    Launch

I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

More about prices on the pricing page.

Do I need a higher Shopify plan?

The Shopify Admin API and webhooks are available on all standard plans. Shopify Flow, Shopify’s built-in tool for simple rules, is currently available on most plans too, so some work can be done there. Check your current plan for what’s included.

What happens when Shopify updates its API?

Shopify releases a new API version every quarter, and each stable version is supported for at least a year. I pin the integration to a specific API version, so changes don’t catch you off guard. I update it before the old version stops working, and that’s covered by support at €150/mo.

Will the integration be able to change my store data?

Only as much as its permissions allow. If the workflow only needs to read inventory and orders, I don’t give it write access. You can disable the app at any time in your Shopify admin settings, and I only change prices or product descriptions when it’s clearly needed and agreed.

How much does an integration cost?

The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.

What if the integration stops working?

For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Shopify integration

Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Shopify

Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

  1. 1

You tell me what matters to you

A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.

  2. 2

I read it and reply by email

Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.

  3. 3

    A call, if it helps

If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
