Automation platform

Make automation and integration

Make is one of the most powerful automation platforms. I build Make scenarios that connect your tools and automate your processes.

How it works

Make at the centre of your systems

A Make workflow takes data from your tools, applies rules or AI and carries out actions in other systems, with no copying by hand.

Use cases

What you can automate with Make

  1. 01

    Multi-step scenarios

Make lets you build complex scenarios with conditional steps and loops.

  2. 02

    1,000+ apps

Make supports more than 1,000 apps, so almost anything can be connected to anything.

  3. 03

    Data transformation

Make transforms data along the way, with no extra coding.

  4. 04

    Error handling

I set up a fallback plan in case any step fails.

In practice

Example: a Make scenario with branches and error handling

A small print shop takes orders through a website form. Companies need an invoice with company details, private customers need a different document, and one order can include several products. Right now a person handles all of it.

  1. 1

The website form sends the data straight to a Make webhook, so the scenario starts the moment an order is submitted.

  2. 2

A Router module splits the flow into two branches: if a company code is given, the order takes the “company” route; if not, the “private customer” route. Each branch has its own filter.

  3. 3

An Iterator module breaks the order into individual products, and Make’s built-in functions format dates, amounts and VAT. No extra code is needed.

  4. 4

I attach an error handler to the accounting software module. If the software doesn’t respond, the run is stored as an incomplete execution and retried later; after several failures, a notification goes out.

  5. 5

You can see every run in Make’s history: what data came in, which branch it took, and which step stopped if something failed.

Result: Orders are routed by customer type without anyone stepping in, and a temporary outage in another system no longer means a lost order.

What you need

What we need to get started

  • A working Make account

Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.

  • A described process

It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.

  • Time for a few questions

I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.

  • No programming knowledge

I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.

Process

How the integration works

  1. 1

    Discussion

You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.

  2. 2

    Plan

Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.

  3. 3

    Build

I set up the Make integrations and test them with real situations.

  4. 4

    Launch

I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

More about prices on the pricing page.

How does Make charge for usage?

Since August 2025, Make bills in credits: most module actions use one credit, while some features, especially Make’s own AI tools, can use more. That’s why I put filters as early in the scenario as possible, so records you don’t need don’t burn credits. Check your current plan for the exact monthly allowance and price.

Where does Make store my data?

When you create a Make account, you choose a region: EU or US. For businesses in Lithuania I go with the EU region. Make keeps run history, including the data passed through it, for a period that depends on your plan.

Will I own the scenario?

Yes. I build the scenario in your Make account or organization, so it stays yours even after we stop working together. You can export it as a blueprint file at any time to keep a backup or move it to another account.

How much does an integration cost?

The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.

What if the integration stops working?

For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Make integration

Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Make

Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

  1. 1

You tell me what matters to you

A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.

  2. 2

I read it and reply by email

Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.

  3. 3

    A call, if it helps

If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
