Automatic invoicing means the system creates and sends an invoice to the customer by itself, following a set rule, with no manual work. It can be a recurring invoice (e.g. on the 1st of every month), an invoice per purchase (online store) or an invoice based on time tracking.

How does automatic invoicing work in practice?

There are three main scenarios: (1) A recurring invoice: on the 1st of every month a specific customer automatically gets an invoice for a set amount. The system sends it through Gmail or the accounting program.

(2) An invoice per online store order: Shopify or WooCommerce receives a new order, the automation platform creates an invoice in Xero or Rivile (Lithuanian accounting software) and sends it to the customer. (3) An invoice based on time tracking: at the end of the month the system creates and sends an invoice for the hours logged.

Which invoicing tools are used in Lithuania?

First check whether your program can issue recurring invoices on its own: for example, inv123.lt Pro or Invly do this without any integration. When an invoice has to be created from an event in another system, you need a program with an API: Site.pro (formerly B1.lt), Rivile GAMA (REST API), F-Sąskaita Premium, Xero. A comparison of all these programs with prices: (Invoicing software in Lithuania 2026).

Integration platforms (n8n, Make) connect all these tools: when a sale in the CRM moves to the "Won" status, an invoice is automatically created in Rivile or Xero and sent to the customer.

How to choose: a program or an integration
  1. 1Does the invoice repeat every month?A built-in program feature is enough, e.g. inv123.lt Pro or Invly.
  2. 2Must the invoice be created from an event elsewhere? You need a program with an API: Site.pro, Rivile GAMA, F-Sąskaita Premium, Xero.
  3. 3An integration connects the event and the programn8n · Make
  4. 4CRM "Won": invoice created and sent

How much does it cost and how long does setup take?

If the program can handle recurring invoices on its own, you only pay extra for its plan (usually from a few to a dozen or so euros per month; prices change). An integration that creates the invoice from a CRM or online store event costs from €450 with me and is set up in 1–2 weeks; more complex workflows with several sources are estimated individually, and we agree on the price in writing before starting. Let's discuss your situation

Want to put AI to work in your business?

Tell me which task you want to make easier. We will look at whether the AI tools you already have are enough or whether a separate solution makes sense.

  1. 1

You tell me what matters to you

A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.

  2. 2

I read it and reply by email

Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.

  3. 3

    A call, if it helps

If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
