WooCommerce automation and integration
Automate WooCommerce order processing, customer communication and stock management.
From €450Up and running in 1–2 weeksIn your own WooCommerce account
How it works
WooCommerce at the centre of your systems
WooCommerce is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.
Use cases
What you can automate with WooCommerce
- 01
Order processing
Orders move automatically into your warehouse or accounting system.
- 02
Customer emails
Automatic confirmation, delivery and review request emails.
- 03
Stock management
An automatic alert when stock reaches the minimum quantity.
- 04
Accounting
WooCommerce orders land in your accounting system automatically.
In practice
Example: a WooCommerce order goes into the accounting software on its own
A natural cosmetics store runs on WooCommerce. Every week the bookkeeper exports orders from the store and enters them into the accounting software by hand, checking totals and VAT.
- 1
WooCommerce has built-in webhooks, so a paid order immediately sends its data to an n8n or Make workflow. No extra plugin is needed.
- 2
When more data is needed, the workflow fetches it through the WooCommerce REST API with a separate API key limited to read access.
- 3
Customer, products, quantities, discounts and shipping are mapped to the accounting software’s format, and VAT rates are matched to your settings.
- 4
If the accounting software has an API, the document is created directly. If it doesn’t, the workflow prepares an import file in its format and drops it into a shared folder.
- 5
Once a week, the bookkeeper reviews only the orders the workflow flagged as not matching, such as ones with a refund or an unusual discount.
Result: Orders reach the books without manual transfer, and the bookkeeper only works on the exceptions.
What you need
What we need to get started
A working WooCommerce account
Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.
A described process
It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.
Time for a few questions
I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.
No programming knowledge
I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.
Process
How the integration works
- 1
Discussion
You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.
- 2
Plan
Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.
- 3
Build
I set up the WooCommerce integrations and test them with real situations.
- 4
Launch
I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.
Trademarks mentioned belong to their owners. Aigentas.lt is not an official partner of these companies unless stated otherwise.
Do I need a paid WooCommerce plugin for the integration?
Usually not. The REST API and webhooks are a standard part of WooCommerce, and API keys are created in the store settings. A paid plugin may only be needed if you want a feature to run inside the store itself rather than in an external workflow.
Where is my store data kept?
WooCommerce runs on your own website server, so orders and customers stay there. The workflow passes on only the fields the other system needs. If we run the workflow on your own n8n server in the EU, the data doesn’t pass through third-party platforms at all.
What happens when I update WordPress or WooCommerce?
The REST API is changed carefully, so regular updates usually don’t break the integration. The bigger risk comes from changing plugins that add their own fields, such as a VAT number. After a major update it’s worth placing one test order. If the integration stops, the workflow sends a notification.
How much does an integration cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.
What if the integration stops working?
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to WooCommerce
Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
