How it works

Google Workspace at the centre of your systems

Google Workspace is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.

Use cases

What you can automate with Google Workspace

  1. 01

    Gmail → CRM sync

New Gmail emails automatically create CRM contacts, deals and tasks for the sales rep in charge.

  2. 02

    Google Drive document management

New client → a Google Drive folder with the document templates you need is created automatically.

  3. 03

    Calendar + automatic reminders

Google Calendar events automatically send email and WhatsApp reminders to clients.

  4. 04

    Sheets report automation

Data from your CRM, online store and other systems is written into Google Sheets reports automatically.

In practice

New client: a Drive folder with templates, a Calendar event and a task

An architecture studio works in Google Workspace. For every new client, someone manually creates a Drive folder, copies the contract and brief templates, shares them and writes the invite for the first meeting.

  1. 1

When a CRM deal is marked “Signed,” an n8n workflow uses the Google Drive API to create a folder following your naming convention and copies the Docs and Sheets templates into it.

  2. 2

The client’s name, address and project details are filled into the templates automatically. The folder is shared only with the project team, and the client gets access to just their own subfolder.

  3. 3

A first meeting is created in Google Calendar with a Meet link and the project folder link in the description.

  4. 4

AI pulls the main requirements from the client’s first email in Gmail and adds them to the “Initial brief” section of the project doc. The project lead reviews and adjusts them.

  5. 5

Each month, a project summary from the CRM is collected in Google Sheets.

Result: A new project starts with a tidy folder, documents and a meeting right away, and the team stops spending time on manual copying.

What you need

What we need to get started

  • A working Google Workspace account

Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.

  • A described process

It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.

  • Time for a few questions

I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.

  • No programming knowledge

I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.

Process

How the integration works

  1. 1

    Discussion

You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.

  2. 2

    Plan

Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.

  3. 3

    Build

I set up the Google Workspace integrations and test them with real situations.

  4. 4

    Launch

I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

More about prices on the pricing page.

What Google Workspace permissions are needed?

Usually it’s enough to connect through OAuth as one employee or a dedicated technical account and grant only the needed scopes (for example, Drive and Calendar). If the workflow has to act on behalf of every employee, it needs a service account with domain-wide delegation, which only a Workspace admin can set up.

Does any Google Workspace plan work?

The Drive, Gmail and Calendar APIs work on all Workspace plans. Some admin features, such as choosing a data region, are only available on higher tiers, so check your current plan if that matters to you.

Can we skip outside tools and just use Apps Script?

Yes. Google Apps Script runs inside your Workspace, and for simple jobs like creating files or sending reminders it’s enough. I choose n8n or Make when the flow needs to connect to a CRM or other systems and you want it visible and easy to maintain.

How much does an integration cost?

The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.

What if the integration stops working?

For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Google Workspace integration

Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Google Workspace

Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

  1. 1

You tell me what matters to you

A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.

  2. 2

I read it and reply by email

Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.

  3. 3

    A call, if it helps

If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
