Google Sheets automation and integration
Sync data automatically, generate reports and update Google Sheets from your other systems.
From €450Up and running in 1–2 weeksIn your own Google Sheets account
How it works
Google Sheets at the centre of your systems
Google Sheets is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.
Use cases
What you can automate with Google Sheets
- 01
Automatic reports
Data from other systems is written into a Google Sheets report automatically.
- 02
Form → Sheets
Data from Google Forms or other forms lands in the spreadsheet automatically.
- 03
Sheets → CRM
New rows in Google Sheets automatically create records in the CRM.
- 04
Change alerts
An automatic email or message when an important cell changes.
In practice
Example: the weekly sales summary builds itself in Google Sheets
A small online store prepares a summary for the manager every Monday. The owner exports orders from the store admin, pastes them into a spreadsheet and does the math by hand. It takes the whole morning, and the numbers don’t always match.
- 1
Every Monday at 7 a.m. the workflow runs on a schedule. Nobody has to press anything.
- 2
Last week’s orders are pulled through the store’s API, and the rows are written to a separate “Data” tab through the Google Sheets API. I write in batches to stay within Google’s per-minute request limits.
- 3
The “Summary” tab calculates with your own formulas and charts. The workflow never touches them, so you can change how the summary looks yourself.
- 4
AI writes a short comment based on the summary numbers: what changed compared with the previous week. It only uses figures from the sheet and doesn’t make up its own.
- 5
The manager gets an email with the comment and a link to the sheet. If a data source didn’t respond, the email says clearly what’s missing.
Result: The summary is waiting on Monday morning, and data reaches the sheet without manual entry. The person just reads it and makes decisions.
What you need
What we need to get started
A working Google Sheets account
Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.
A described process
It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.
Time for a few questions
I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.
No programming knowledge
I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.
Process
How the integration works
- 1
Discussion
You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.
- 2
Plan
Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.
- 3
Build
I set up the Google Sheets integrations and test them with real situations.
- 4
Launch
I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.

Can Google Sheets work as a database?
For small volumes, yes. A spreadsheet can hold up to 10 million cells, but with tens of thousands of rows and lots of formulas it starts to slow down. If your data is growing fast, I’ll suggest Airtable or a proper database up front and keep Sheets for reporting.
What happens if someone renames a column or inserts a new one?
The workflow relies on column headers, so changing them can put data in the wrong place. That’s why I give the workflow its own tab and lock its headers with a protected range so they can’t be changed by accident. You work in the other tabs and can change whatever you like there.
What access do you need to my Google Drive?
Access to the specific spreadsheet is enough. I often use a service account: you share only that spreadsheet with it and give it edit rights, and it can’t see any of your other Drive files. You can revoke access the same way as for any person, by removing it from the sharing list.
How much does an integration cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.
What if the integration stops working?
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Google Sheets integration
Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Google Sheets
Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
