How it works
Notion at the centre of your systems
Notion is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.
Use cases
What you can automate with Notion
- 01
CRM → Notion sync
New HubSpot or Pipedrive contacts automatically create records in a Notion database.
- 02
Automatic project setup
New client → a Notion project template with all the tables you need is created automatically.
- 03
Content planning
Your Notion content calendar gets new article ideas automatically, based on your SEO plan.
- 04
Team reports
Weekly progress updates from Slack and email are collected automatically in a Notion database.
In practice
Example: a new client gets a ready Notion project right away
An interior design studio creates a Notion project page for each client with a task board, meeting notes and documents. Every time, the project manager copies an old project and fixes the names and dates by hand.
- 1
When a CRM deal is marked as won, the workflow receives the client’s details: name, address, service type and start date.
- 2
I connect Notion through an internal integration. It only sees the pages and databases the studio shares with it; the rest of the workspace stays hidden.
- 3
A new entry is created in the projects database with its properties filled in (client, status, start date), and standard tasks with due dates are created based on the service type.
- 4
AI turns the notes from the first meeting into a short project description at the top of the page and marks unclear points as questions for the client.
- 5
The project manager gets a link to the new page, reviews the tasks and assigns them to the team.
Result: Every project starts with the same structure and no copying, and the team sees up-to-date information in one place from day one.
What you need
What we need to get started
A working Notion account
Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.
A described process
It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.
Time for a few questions
I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.
No programming knowledge
I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.
Process
How the integration works
- 1
Discussion
You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.
- 2
Plan
Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.
- 3
Build
I set up the Notion integrations and test them with real situations.
- 4
Launch
I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.

Does the Notion API work on the free plan?
Yes, you can build integrations through the Notion API on the free plan too. The limits come from the plan itself, such as how many members or guests you can have, not from the API. Check your current plan for which Notion features you have.
Will the integration see our whole Notion workspace?
No. A Notion integration only sees the pages and databases you explicitly share with it through “Connections”, plus their sub-pages. You can revoke access at any time, and I set only the capabilities it needs (read, update or insert content).
Is Notion a good fit for large amounts of data?
The Notion API limits request rates to an average of about three requests per second per integration, so I sync large volumes gradually. That’s plenty for projects and tasks in the thousands. If you need to sync tens of thousands of rows every hour, a different system suits the core data better, and Notion stays the workspace.
How much does an integration cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.
What if the integration stops working?
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Notion integration
Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Notion
Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
