How it works
Slack at the centre of your systems
Slack is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.
Use cases
What you can automate with Slack
- 01
Reports in Slack
Daily or weekly metrics are posted to a Slack channel automatically.
- 02
System alerts
An automatic Slack message when an important system event happens.
- 03
New client alerts
The team gets a Slack message when a new client signs up.
- 04
Task assignment
Tasks are assigned to Slack team members automatically.
In practice
Example: a daily report and alerts in a Slack channel
An online store’s team works in Slack, but checks sales figures every morning in three different systems. They often find out about a failed payment or a product running low too late.
- 1
Every morning at 8 a.m. the workflow collects yesterday’s orders, revenue and refunds from the online store and the accounting spreadsheet.
- 2
I connect Slack through a dedicated Slack app with a bot token that only has permission to post messages in the chosen channels.
- 3
The report arrives in #sales as a tidy Block Kit message: the key numbers, a comparison with the previous day and a link to the full spreadsheet. AI adds one sentence about what stands out.
- 4
During the day, only important events go to #alerts: a failed payment, stock below the threshold, an unanswered enquiry. To keep the channel readable, similar events are grouped into one message.
- 5
Each alert has a “Taking it” button, so everyone can see who picked up the issue and nobody duplicates work.
Result: The team sees the numbers in the morning where they already work, and important events don’t slip through. Every alert has a clear owner.
What you need
What we need to get started
A working Slack account
Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.
A described process
It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.
Time for a few questions
I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.
No programming knowledge
I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.
Process
How the integration works
- 1
Discussion
You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.
- 2
Plan
Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.
- 3
Build
I set up the Slack integrations and test them with real situations.
- 4
Launch
I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.

Will this work on the free Slack plan?
Yes, messages from an app or through a webhook work on the free plan. However, the free plan only shows the last 90 days of message history, so I don’t treat Slack as a report archive: the data stays in the spreadsheet or source system. If you want to use Slack Workflow Builder, check your current plan.
Do I need a Slack admin’s permission?
Usually yes: an admin installs the app in the workspace, or has to approve it if app approval is turned on. I request only the permissions the app needs, such as posting messages, not reading every channel.
Can Slack get too many notifications?
Slack limits how often an app can post to the same channel, roughly one message per second. The bigger problem is different: with too many notifications, people simply stop reading. So I group alerts, set thresholds and keep only the ones someone actually needs to act on.
How much does an integration cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.
What if the integration stops working?
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Slack integration
Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Slack
Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
