Team communication
Microsoft Teams automation and AI integration
Automate Teams notifications, report delivery, task assignment and team updates, so Teams becomes the hub for your automations.

How it works
Microsoft Teams at the centre of your systems
Microsoft Teams is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.
Use cases
What you can automate with Microsoft Teams
- 01
Automatic notifications
Important business events automatically post a message to the right Teams channel.
- 02
Report delivery
Daily or weekly reports are generated and posted to Teams automatically.
- 03
Task creation
New emails or CRM events automatically create tasks in Teams Planner.
- 04
Team coordination
Important deadlines and reminders are posted to Teams automatically on a schedule.
In practice
Key CRM events and the weekly report go to the right Teams channel
A logistics company’s team works in Microsoft 365. Important things like a large order, a complaint or an approaching deadline get scattered across personal inboxes, and colleagues hear about them too late.
- 1
In a Teams channel, I set up a flow with the Workflows app (Power Automate) that receives messages at a webhook address and posts them to the channel. This doesn’t require access to your whole Microsoft 365 environment.
- 2
When the CRM records a high-value order or a complaint, an n8n workflow builds a clear card with the customer, amount and a link, and sends it to the right channel.
- 3
For complaints, AI reads the customer’s email and writes a short summary of the main issue, so the team can agree on who responds without opening the original.
- 4
If a task is needed, it’s created in a Planner plan through the Microsoft Graph API, with a due date and an owner.
- 5
On Monday morning, a weekly summary built from CRM and accounting data arrives in the managers’ channel.
Result: The team sees important events where it already works, and each one has a clear owner in a Planner task.
What you need
What we need to get started
A working Microsoft Teams account
Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.
A described process
It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.
Time for a few questions
I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.
No programming knowledge
I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.
Process
How the integration works
- 1
Discussion
You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.
- 2
Plan
Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.
- 3
Build
I set up the Microsoft Teams integrations and test them with real situations.
- 4
Launch
I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.

Will we need approval from our IT administrator?
Posting to a channel through Workflows only needs channel member rights. Reading messages or creating Planner tasks through the Microsoft Graph API means registering an app in Entra ID, which often needs admin consent. In that case, we set only the permissions that are strictly needed, together with your IT.
I heard the old Teams webhooks are going away. Is that a problem?
Microsoft is phasing out the old Office 365 connectors and recommends the Workflows app instead. I build new integrations with Workflows or the Graph API, and if your channels still use old connectors, I can help move them.
Does our data leave Microsoft 365?
The message content passes through the server that runs the workflow (for example, n8n), so I choose an EU server and send only what the notification needs. I don’t post sensitive documents to channels; I include a link that only people with access can open.
How much does an integration cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.
What if the integration stops working?
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Microsoft Teams integration
Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Microsoft Teams
Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
