Automation platform

Zapier automation and integration

Zapier connects thousands of apps with simple Zaps. I build and maintain Zapier automations for your business.

How it works

Zapier at the centre of your systems

A Zapier workflow takes data from your tools, applies rules or AI and carries out actions in other systems, with no copying by hand.

Use cases

What you can automate with Zapier

  1. 01

    Fast setup

Simple Zaps go live in a few minutes.

  2. 02

    7,000+ apps

Zapier supports the most apps; almost every tool is there.

  3. 03

    Multi-step Zaps

One trigger can run several actions in different systems.

  4. 04

    Conditional logic

Filters and paths route data depending on conditions.

In practice

Example: one Zap sends a new Facebook ad lead to three tools

A gym collects leads through Facebook Lead Ads forms. Once a day, the front-desk manager downloads the list, copies it into a spreadsheet and messages each person separately, so some leads go cold before they hear back.

  1. 1

The Zap’s trigger is a new Facebook Lead Ads submission. It’s an instant trigger, so the Zap runs as soon as someone submits the form.

  2. 2

A Formatter by Zapier step normalizes the phone number to +370 format and capitalizes the name, so the data is clean in every system.

  3. 3

A Filter step lets through only leads who gave a phone number and agreed to be contacted. The rest stay in the ad report only.

  4. 4

The same Zap adds a row to a Google Sheets spreadsheet, sends a welcome email through Gmail and notifies the front-desk manager in a Slack channel.

  5. 5

Every run shows up in Zap History, and Zapier sends an email when an error occurs, so you can see which step stopped.

Result: A new lead gets an email right away, and the front-desk manager sees it in the spreadsheet and Slack without copying anything. A Zap like this can go live quickly because every tool already has a ready-made Zapier connection.

What you need

What we need to get started

  • A working Zapier account

Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.

  • A described process

It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.

  • Time for a few questions

I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.

  • No programming knowledge

I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.

Process

How the integration works

  1. 1

    Discussion

You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.

  2. 2

    Plan

Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.

  3. 3

    Build

I set up the Zapier integrations and test them with real situations.

  4. 4

    Launch

I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

More about prices on the pricing page.

How does Zapier count tasks?

A task is counted when an action step runs successfully. Triggers, Filter and Paths steps don’t use tasks, and neither do actions a filter stopped. That’s why I put filters as early as possible; check your current plan for the monthly task limit.

How quickly does a Zap react?

It depends on the trigger. Instant triggers that run on webhooks fire within seconds. Others check for new data at an interval that depends on your plan, and it’s longer on the free plan.

When is Zapier not the best choice?

Zapier is great for quickly connecting popular apps. If a workflow processes lots of records, runs loops or handles complex data structures, Make or n8n is often cheaper and more flexible. Before starting, I estimate how many tasks your volume would use and suggest the platform that fits best.

How much does an integration cost?

The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.

What if the integration stops working?

For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Zapier integration

Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Zapier

Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.

  1. 1

You tell me what matters to you

A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.

  2. 2

I read it and reply by email

Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.

  3. 3

    A call, if it helps

If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
