Before and after
Where the manual work goes
On the left, how these tasks are often done today; on the right, what could take them over. Not everything is worth automating, so we start with what takes the most time.
- Manual work
Reservation confirmations and reminders are done by hand
DoneReservation reminders
An automatic confirmation and a reminder before the reservation.
- Manual work
Reviews are not requested consistently after a visit
DoneReview requests
An automatic request after the visit increases the number of Google reviews.
- Manual work
Supplier orders are prepared by hand
DoneSupplier orders
An automatic order when stock reaches the minimum level.
- Manual work
Seasonal offers to the customer list are disorganized
DoneCustomer offers
Special offers sent automatically to your most loyal customers.
In practice
Example: how reservation confirmations and reminders work at a restaurant
A restaurant takes bookings by phone, through a form on its website and by email. On Friday nights some tables stay empty because guests don’t show up and don’t call.
- 1
Every reservation – from the form, a booking system, or a phone booking entered into Google Calendar or Sheets – ends up in one list with name, phone, time and party size.
- 2
The guest immediately gets a confirmation by email or SMS with the address and a link to cancel.
- 3
The evening before, or that morning, a reminder goes out asking the guest to confirm. For large groups the reminder can go out earlier.
- 4
AI reads the replies: “we’re coming, but there’ll be six of us” is marked as a change and shown to the host, while a cancellation frees the table on the list right away.
- 5
Before service, the host sees a clear list – who confirmed, who didn’t reply, where the party size changed – and only calls the ones who haven’t answered.
Result: Tables that won’t be used become known earlier, while they can still be offered to other guests, and the host no longer has to call every booking.
What’s included
What the solution includes
- 01
Process review
I look at how you work today and we pick the places where automation or AI would save the most time.
- 02
Automated workflows
I build the automation in the systems you already use, and add AI where text needs to be read or written.
- 03
Testing and fine-tuning
I test with real situations and adjust until it works the way we agreed.
- 04
Support after launch
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free; after that, support starts at €150/month.
- 05
Documentation
You get a description of how everything works and what to do if something needs to change.
- 06
Team training
I show your team how to use the automation and keep an eye on it.
Process
How the setup works
- 1
Your message and my reply
You tell me what keeps repeating. I reply by email with where it makes sense to start and, if needed, we set up a call. The price is agreed in writing before work starts.
- 2
Build and test
I build the automation in your accounts, test it with real situations and fine-tune the details.
- 3
Launch and support
I launch it and train your team. The first working solution takes 1–2 weeks.
Can you connect our POS system?
It depends on the system. Some POS systems have an API or at least a daily sales export – then you can, for example, track ingredient usage for supplier orders or get a daily summary. If the POS is closed and has no export, we look for another data source. The automation never touches the register’s fiscal functions.
We already use a reservation platform. Do we need to switch?
No. If the platform sends its own reminders, we don’t duplicate them. Automation helps where the platform doesn’t reach: phone bookings, group and event inquiries by email, review requests after a visit. If the platform has an API or sends email notifications, its bookings can be added to the shared list.
Can we ask guests for Google reviews after their visit?
You can send a link to your Google Business Profile to guests who left contact details and agreed to receive messages. The key is asking everyone the same way: Google’s policies prohibit selectively asking only happy guests or offering a discount for a review. So I don’t build “good reviews to Google, bad ones to us” filters.
How much does it cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The exact price depends on how complex the process is and how many integrations it needs. Once it is clear what we are building, I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment.
Do we need to change our current systems?
No. The automation connects to the systems you already use: Gmail, Google Sheets, your CRM or others. Extra costs depend on the solution: you may need a platform subscription, AI model usage or other services. We discuss them before we start.

Let's discuss your situation
Tell me what keeps repeating in your company every day
We will work out where to start: maybe using your current tools differently is enough, maybe something is worth automating. If it is worth building, you get a plan and a fixed price.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
