Where the manual work goes
On the left, how these tasks are often done today; on the right, what could take them over. Not everything is worth automating, so we start with what takes the most time.
- Manual work
Sending travel offers to clients by hand
DoneOffer sending
Travel offers sent automatically based on the client’s interests and past trips.
- Manual work
Pre-trip reminders go out irregularly
DoneTrip reminders
An automatic reminder sequence: 1 month, 1 week and 1 day before departure.
- Manual work
Reviews are not requested consistently after the trip
DoneReview requests
An automatic request after the client returns from the trip.
- Manual work
Handling repeat enquiries from returning clients
DoneLoyalty program

In practice
Example: pre-trip reminders that go out on their own
A small travel agency sends a few hundred people abroad each season. Every traveler needs a nudge about documents, departure times and the remaining balance, and until now the agents did it by scanning an Excel sheet.
- 1
Sold trips already live in a Google Sheets file: traveler contacts, destination, departure date and whether the balance is paid. If your booking system can export, the sheet fills from there.
- 2
Every morning a Make scenario checks the sheet for trips that are one month, one week or one day away. Each stage has its own email template.
- 3
One month out, the traveler gets a Gmail message about the balance and documents. AI fills in the destination, hotel and flight time from the sheet so the email doesn’t read like a mass mailing.
- 4
One week and one day out, a short message goes by email or WhatsApp Business with the meeting point, baggage rules and the agency’s on-call number.
- 5
If a traveler replies with a question, the reply isn’t buried under reminders: it’s flagged for an agent, and the sheet shows what has already been sent.
Result: Agents stop counting dates by hand and can focus on new sales. Agencies that hand off this reminder cycle and related tasks often save 4–6 hours a week.
What’s included
What the solution includes
- 01
Process review
I look at how you work today and we pick the places where automation or AI would save the most time.
- 02
Automated workflows
I build the automation in the systems you already use, and add AI where text needs to be read or written.
- 03
Testing and fine-tuning
I test with real situations and adjust until it works the way we agreed.
- 04
Support after launch
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free; after that, support starts at €150/month.
- 05
Documentation
You get a description of how everything works and what to do if something needs to change.
- 06
Team training
I show your team how to use the automation and keep an eye on it.
Process
How the setup works
- 1
Your message and my reply
You tell me what keeps repeating. I reply by email with where it makes sense to start and, if needed, we set up a call. The price is agreed in writing before work starts.
- 2
Build and test
I build the automation in your accounts, test it with real situations and fine-tune the details.
- 3
Launch and support
I launch it and train your team. The first working solution takes 1–2 weeks.
Can AI answer travelers’ questions about visas and entry rules?
I don’t set it up to do that. Entry rules change, and a wrong answer can cost someone the whole trip. A reminder can link to an official source and ask the traveler to check their documents, while specific answers come from an agent.
What if the flight time changes after a reminder is already scheduled?
Reminders always read the latest data from the sheet or system on the day they go out, so you fix the time in one place. If the change is urgent, an agent should still call, because an email can sit unread.
Can we send offers to past travelers, for example about similar destinations?
Yes, if they agreed to receive news. We check how consent is collected on your booking form and send only to people who gave it. AI can suggest which destinations to feature based on past trips, but a person reviews the list before anything is sent.
How much does it cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The exact price depends on how complex the process is and how many integrations it needs. Once it is clear what we are building, I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment.
Do we need to change our current systems?
No. The automation connects to the systems you already use: Gmail, Google Sheets, your CRM or others. Extra costs depend on the solution: you may need a platform subscription, AI model usage or other services. We discuss them before we start.

Let's discuss your situation
Tell me what keeps repeating in your company every day
We will work out where to start: maybe using your current tools differently is enough, maybe something is worth automating. If it is worth building, you get a plan and a fixed price.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
