Before and after
Where the manual work goes
On the left, how these tasks are often done today; on the right, what could take them over. Not everything is worth automating, so we start with what takes the most time.
- Manual work
Application review and initial assessment are done by hand
DoneApplication processing
Automatic collection of the initial information and a first assessment.
- Manual work
Payment reminders to clients are sent by hand
DonePayment reminders
Automatic reminders a few days before the payment is due.
- Manual work
Collecting documents from clients is disorganized
DoneDocument collection
An automated process for requesting and receiving documents.
- Manual work
Updating clients on application status is manual
DoneStatus updates
Clients are informed automatically at each stage of their application.
In practice
Example: collecting the documents for a loan application
A small lender asks every applicant for several documents: an income statement, a bank statement, sometimes an employment contract. Loan officers spend a lot of time working out what’s still missing.
- 1
When an application is logged in your CRM, such as Pipedrive or HubSpot, a list of required documents is built based on the application type.
- 2
The applicant gets an email with a secure upload form. Files go to your Google Drive or other storage, not into a shared inbox.
- 3
AI looks at the uploaded files and labels what each one appears to be, whether the required period is covered and whether the file is readable. This is first-pass sorting only; it isn’t trusted with any assessment.
- 4
If something is missing, a polite reminder naming the exact document goes out a few days later. Once the set is complete, the application status in the CRM changes and the loan officer is notified.
- 5
An employee makes the decision under your internal procedures, and the client is updated at each stage with the same templates.
Result: Loan officers get a complete document set instead of half of it plus an email thread. Applications move faster, but the decision always stays with a person.
What’s included
What the solution includes
- 01
Process review
I look at how you work today and we pick the places where automation or AI would save the most time.
- 02
Automated workflows
I build the automation in the systems you already use, and add AI where text needs to be read or written.
- 03
Testing and fine-tuning
I test with real situations and adjust until it works the way we agreed.
- 04
Support after launch
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free; after that, support starts at €150/month.
- 05
Documentation
You get a description of how everything works and what to do if something needs to change.
- 06
Team training
I show your team how to use the automation and keep an eye on it.
Process
How the setup works
- 1
Your message and my reply
You tell me what keeps repeating. I reply by email with where it makes sense to start and, if needed, we set up a call. The price is agreed in writing before work starts.
- 2
Build and test
I build the automation in your accounts, test it with real situations and fine-tune the details.
- 3
Launch and support
I launch it and train your team. The first working solution takes 1–2 weeks.
Can AI approve or decline a loan on its own?
I advise against it. Under GDPR, people have the right not to be subject to a significant decision made solely by automated means, and creditworthiness checks also fall under supervisory requirements. AI helps gather and organize the data; your employee decides.
Where are client documents stored, and who can see them?
In your own accounts, with the access rights you set. If an AI model reads documents, we pick a service that doesn’t use the data for training and spell that out in a data processing agreement. If your internal rules forbid external AI models, that step can stay with a person.
Can identity verification or anti-money-laundering checks be connected?
If you already use an identity verification service with an API, its result can be passed into the CRM as one more application stage. I don’t change the checks themselves and I’m not responsible for their compliance; that stays with your designated compliance officer.
How much does it cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The exact price depends on how complex the process is and how many integrations it needs. Once it is clear what we are building, I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment.
Do we need to change our current systems?
No. The automation connects to the systems you already use: Gmail, Google Sheets, your CRM or others. Extra costs depend on the solution: you may need a platform subscription, AI model usage or other services. We discuss them before we start.

Let's discuss your situation
Tell me what keeps repeating in your company every day
We will work out where to start: maybe using your current tools differently is enough, maybe something is worth automating. If it is worth building, you get a plan and a fixed price.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
