Brevo automation and integration with your business systems
Automate Brevo contact management, campaign sending and email sequences: GDPR-compliant email marketing without manual work.
From €450Up and running in 1–2 weeksIn your own Brevo account
How it works
Brevo at the centre of your systems
Brevo is connected to your other systems through n8n, Make or Zapier. Data moves automatically, and AI is added where free text or a document needs to be read.
Use cases
What you can automate with Brevo
- 01
Contact sync
New contacts from website forms or your CRM sync automatically with Brevo lists.
- 02
Campaign automation
Regular email campaigns are sent automatically on a set schedule.
- 03
Transactional email
Order confirmations, reminders and notifications go out through Brevo automatically.
- 04
Unsubscribe handling
People who unsubscribe are removed automatically from the active contacts in your CRM.
In practice
Order confirmations and reminders go out as Brevo transactional emails
An online plant shop sends order confirmations from its website server, so some land in spam, while newsletters go out through Brevo. There’s no single place to see what actually reached the customer.
- 1
In your Brevo account, I authenticate your sending domain (DKIM and DMARC records in DNS) and create an API key for transactional email.
- 2
When an order is placed in the online store, an n8n workflow sends a confirmation through the Brevo API using a Brevo template with the items, total and delivery details.
- 3
If the buyer opted in to news, they’re added to the right Brevo list. Without consent, they only get transactional emails.
- 4
Brevo webhooks report bounces and unsubscribes. The workflow marks unsubscribed contacts in the CRM and passes invalid addresses to a person to fix.
- 5
AI isn’t part of sending. It only helps draft reminder template variations, which you review before they’re used.
Result: All store emails go out through one authenticated domain, and unsubscribes and bad addresses are reflected in your other systems on their own.
What you need
What we need to get started
A working Brevo account
Giving me access is enough. The account and everything built in it stays in your name.
A described process
It is enough to know which task you want to make easier, for example: “every Monday I collect sales numbers by hand”.
Time for a few questions
I reply by email and, if needed, we go through the details in a short call. The initial discussion is free.
No programming knowledge
I handle all the technical work. You need neither IT knowledge nor code.
Process
How the integration works
- 1
Discussion
You tell me what you want to connect. I reply by email and, if needed, we talk. Free, with no commitment.
- 2
Plan
Before work starts you get an integration plan and a fixed price in writing.
- 3
Build
I set up the Brevo integrations and test them with real situations.
- 4
Launch
I launch it and train your team. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free.
Trademarks mentioned belong to their owners. Aigentas.lt is not an official partner of these companies unless stated otherwise.
Where does Brevo store data?
Brevo is a European company and stores customer data in EU data centers, which makes it a convenient choice when GDPR matters. It’s still worth signing the data processing agreement (DPA) that Brevo provides in your account settings.
Is the free Brevo plan enough for transactional email?
Transactional email through the API works on the free plan, but there’s a daily sending limit. If you have more orders or want to remove the Brevo logo from emails, you’ll need a paid plan, so check the current terms of your plan.
Why do the DNS records need to change?
Without an authenticated domain (DKIM, DMARC), Gmail and other providers are more likely to send your emails to spam or reject them. I add the records with you or your website administrator. It’s a one-time job that helps every email you send.
How much does an integration cost?
The first solution starts at €450. The price depends on how complex the workflows are and how many there are. I give you a fixed price in writing before work starts, with no commitment. Tool subscriptions usually cost €10–50/month.
What if the integration stops working?
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs for free. After that you can order support from €150/month (cancel any time). If something breaks because of outside changes, let me know and I will fix it.

Where else Brevo helps
Brevo integration
Let’s discuss what is worth connecting to Brevo
Show me how you work now. If the integration will not pay for itself, I will say so. If it is worth it, I will send a plan and a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
- 1
You tell me what matters to you
A few sentences are enough: which task eats up your time or what you would like to change.
- 2
I read it and reply by email
Within 1 business day I write back with what I would suggest and what we still need to clarify.
- 3
A call, if it helps
If a call would help, we agree on a time. The scope and price of any paid work are agreed before we start.
