Price is the first question I get in almost every conversation. And that is completely understandable: business decisions have to pay off.
The problem is that the cost of automation depends on so many factors that a one-size-fits-all answer is impossible. But I can give you concrete numbers and explain what drives them.
AI automation price ranges: real numbers
A simple one-off automation: from €450. This suits processes with clear logic and a few steps: form → CRM, an automatic email, simple data sync between two systems.
A medium-complexity project: €500–1,500. More complex logic, several integrations, error handling, testing. For example: a complete lead handling workflow with a CRM, emails and Slack notifications.
- 1A new enquiry from the website form
- 2A contact is created in the CRM
- 3An email is sent to the customer
- 4The team gets a notificationSlack
A complete enquiry handling flow with error handling and testing: a typical €500–1,500 project.
A complex project: €1,500–4,000+. Integration of many systems, custom code, AI components. These are usually all-round solutions for online stores or service companies.
Monthly support (optional): from €150/month. It covers monitoring, updates, bug fixes and technical support.
What drives the price?
The number of integrations: the more systems you need to connect, the longer it takes and the more it costs. Automating one system vs. an ecosystem of five systems is a very different scope.
The complexity of the logic: a simple "if A then B" is cheaper than decision trees with dozens of conditions and error handling.
Custom code: when ready-made integrations are not enough, extra code has to be written. That adds time and cost.
Support: a one-off project is cheaper than a long-term partnership model with ongoing support.
What do you get for the money?
It is important to understand not only what it costs but also what you get. A well-configured automation can save anywhere from a few to a dozen or more hours a week, reduce errors, speed up your response to customers and let you grow without hiring more people.
How do you calculate automation ROI? An example
Let's calculate it concretely: say your team spends 10 hours a week on repetitive tasks. The average hourly cost of an employee is about €12.
That means: 10 h × €12/h = €120 a week = €480 a month = about €5,760 a year.
If the automation costs €800 and saves half of that time (5 h × €12 = €60 a week), it will pay for itself in about 3 months. If it saves only a third of the time (~€40 a week), the payback is about 5 months.
NowSaving half the time
Manual work
Labor cost (€12/h)
Numbers from the illustrative example above. €60 a week is saved, so an €800 automation pays for itself in about 3 months.
Why start with a message?
I can't give you an exact price without knowing your situation. Every business is different: different systems, different processes, different goals.
Just write how you work now and what slows you down the most. I will read it and reply by email; if anything needs clarifying, we will arrange a call. We agree on the scope and price of any paid work before starting.
