Do I have to keep working with you after the strategy session?
No. You get a document you can implement yourself or with any other partner. If you decide to continue with me, great, but there is no pressure.
How long does it take to get the action plan?
Once your processes are clear, I deliver the full strategy document within 5–7 working days.
How much does a strategy session cost?
The initial discussion is free: you describe your situation, I reply by email, and if needed we arrange a short call. That is often enough to see where to start. The price of a more detailed audit depends on the size of the business and the number of processes; I give it to you in writing before we start.
Do I need technical knowledge?
Not at all. We talk in business terms – no code and no technical jargon. The goal is clarity.
Will we be able to manage the implementation ourselves?
Yes. The plan shows what you can do yourselves and where it is worth bringing in a specialist. If we implement it together, everything is built in your own accounts and handed over with a written description.
